A “tech” comes out, takes a look at my tablet and says they don’t fix iPads, but I can buy a refurbished one for half price. I tell him why I made the appointment and proceeded to wait in the designated area for about 30 minutes. Upon checking in I was informed my appointment had been canceled because I was late □ The staff member says don’t worry the wait isn’t that long. I arrived on time for my appointment only to wait in a 20 minute line to check in. I made an appointment to get my iPad screen repaired. I understand its the holidays and things get hectic, but it does not take much to say hi or acknowledge a guest. Once I was seen per my appointment I was taken care of like a apple customer should. I witnessed a few customers having to track down a red shirt. User ( 06:27) I should give this 4 stars but I saw too many red shirts just mulling around and not engaging customers. But the staff is on top of getting people in the proper lines, making appointments for you while in line. 2 stars for bruh who translated to customers language on his phone, kudos User ( 12:46) Very busy place. Like idk, out of the 20 staff, 5 are working, other knuckleheads walking around doing nothing, Even if You make an appointment still have to wait 30 min. User ( 09:01) Unorganized, they just stand around trying to look busy/important. We were able to charge our apple gadgets and get all the information we needed to.
